Lovely stretch of beach and promenade. Stopped at a great cafe too . Prom is very suitable for access to most people I would think with good flat pavements and a small barrier between sand and path for those with pushchair or wheelchairs and bike . Lots of dogs and bikes. A great family accessible place but close togejter with beach and paths for safety .

Relaxing and quiet. It’s the place to come to in Edinburgh when one wants to shut out the city noise a bit. Bring a coat and perhaps scarf. Even at 8 degrees the wind is sometimes a bit harsh. The high street is grand. Lovely shops and there are some great cafes and restaurants at the actual beach promenade. It’s excellent for a little walk and to calm down. Not too populated during autumn/winter which, again, makes this a great place to relax and focus. Lovely views of the sea.

We don't want anyone to know about this place.. it was just by accident we went there, fell in love with it and want to live there. So no.... Definitely don't go anyone else you will hate it. But if you do go, the cafes down the north end are amazing. Beach house in particular..
